Cold prevention
This vitamin C is a great price and has been tremendously effective in warding off colds. Before I began taking one tablet a day, I caught every cold my toddler brought home from daycare and endured two weeks with a sore throat, cough, and congestion. When my toddler caught his last cold, I felt I was coming down with it, so I upped my dosage to two tablets daily. I was amazed at how I barely caught anything! My husband and I will continue taking this, especially with winter flu season approaching.

Enhances wellness
This is a great Vitamin C supplement. I used it during my pregnancy to keep group B strep at bay. I enjoyed taking the tablets, but after giving birth, I stopped and experienced a mild sore throat for weeks. I ordered these again and felt much healthier overall, no more sore throat. I believe this boosts my immunity and keeps my skin glowing. I trust NOW supplements, and this is no exception. Just be aware the pill is large, about the size of a fish oil pill.
