Why Now Foods? I chose this product on the advice of my endocrinologist: "The firm is proven, the quality is excellent, there are no unnecessary additives, unlike any fizzy that is sold in our pharmacies." I noticed strengthening immunity quickly, as I usually start sneezing and feel a sore throat even from a slight draft; vitamin C is incredibly helpful. Additionally, I've experienced an improvement in my emotional state: I have more energy, find it easier to rise in the morning, and feel better at work and school. I've been combining vitamin C with vitamin D - also from Now Foods. I really like this company and plan to continue ordering from them.

This vitamin C is a great price and has been tremendously effective in warding off colds. Before I began taking one tablet a day, I caught every cold my toddler brought home from daycare and endured two weeks with a sore throat, cough, and congestion. When my toddler caught his last cold, I felt I was coming down with it, so I upped my dosage to two tablets daily. I was amazed at how I barely caught anything! My husband and I will continue taking this, especially with winter flu season approaching.

This is the best vitamin C I have tried! On the day it arrived, I felt a sore throat with swollen lymph nodes. After taking one capsule, I felt relief shortly after; by the next day, I had no need to monitor my condition as symptoms disappeared quickly. My salvation! Thanks to these vitamins, I was only ill once throughout the winter, and that was when I spent the night with someone sick. The tablets are slightly large, but I chew and swallow them without issue. My doctor advised taking two 1000 mg tablets daily when unwell, a dosage difficult to find elsewhere. When I developed a sore throat, I took the vitamin and the discomfort quickly passed; it’s like magic! We take them in winter and not during summer.

The tablet is large, but I always order it due to its good value among antioxidant options. I usually take three 3000mg tablets per day. For a sore throat, I up my intake to 5000mg or more. After drinking chocolate all day, my sore throat seems to have disappeared by the next day, indicating it works well.
